RUSH examines the world of renegade physician Dr. William P. Rush (Tom Ellis, “Miranda”), a “medical fixer” who privately caters to LA’s elite and whose service comes with a hefty price tag. Though the hard-partying doctor claims that he doesn’t make judgments about his less-than-squeaky-clean clients, he’s not immune to the ugliness that he encounters.

This was typical USA network show however unlike Royal Pain version this one is more serious since doctor deal with all sort misfits in his role and it clear it using other tv show characters in this show you see a bit of everything in this episode.
So glad he beat his patient up that guy deserved it but his assistant did break the rule to never get involved.   

Saving the gangster certainly came in handy as debt collector for people who don't pay.

Meeting rush's father was ok but his step sister not know who he is was sad . Signing a client out of hospital and than being fully responsible for him was tricky but as soon his agent said they will pay him 20K for the day made him happy.  Finding out he suffer from bi-polar just made it priceless .

Why didn't he give his friend a job instead of going to his dad ?.

Have 2 doctor better than 1 ? Right

I know you might hate your dad rush but to sleep with his wife is wrong even through she younger and your the same age she still is your step mother .

Rush's nightmare was very amusing he should feel guilty but it causing him to have panic attacks was bad when he was trying treat patient while it was happening.

Rush getting a surprise at last minute conference meeting his ex girlfriend's new guy who also a doctor but when he started to get to know him was nice however jumping off the balcony just show he could be fun person almost cost him his life and Rush jumping in was amusing .

Alex having to cover one rush patient and getting surprise find out it's porn movie and saving the porn star life was quick thinking. . Rush really should careful about drinking things he know would almost kill him

I have to say he thought it was going easy but he learnt the hard way consequence of Rush's job.

Yeah and ignore his father call few times before answering was amusing but he made a lot of money from the situation . Eve really had no choice he tried to attack her it's self defence in my book.
