it seems to me that there some connection problem between your router and the server basically it loses the connection hence why it buffered all the way. As soon press play it load slow red progress bar slow increasing as you get to the end.

You can't please everybody some people will like flash and some people won't . This decision because members kept complaining about real player and plus now site can used i-pad users as well because flash based system.

Do you have another browser you can use like internet explorer or goggle chrome? that's advantage with flash it work on all internet browsers

Unfortunately there isn't many sites that have this many selection of shows plus most of those sites only have current season they don't have older seasons. Refunds are easy all you have to do send a pmThis person. Explain the reason for refund and he will take care of it but it might 5-7 days to deal with.

Same here i also have no problem my spec are old Operating System: Windows XP Professional System Specification: Pentium 4 with 1248 MB memory Browers: Firefox 3.5.16 and Goggle chrome Version 11( both stream video good) My Bandwidth : my bandwidth is about 2.5 Mb download, 0.3mb upload Your Location: South East of London I haven't personally had any issues with loading or buffering however i would prefer the ability to load episode on same page rather than it opening a new tab for every episode.
