I have to say this was ok episode but ending was rather funny -but can someone help me why were woman laughing at funeral?. Was there reason that i missed ?.

I don't like new boss but great to mike from las vagas become a regular . but wendy losing her job was good ending-what is she going to do now. each woman own personal drama going on but i have to say i never expected anyone to get fired
