So this is another medical drama and not much difference this is trying to be ER but more intense .
it's same thing once you seen couple of medical drama they follow same progress meet new character and of course one of them get fired but somehow get rehired by end of the episode and than you have character who knows stuff but freezes when he has to do procedures.
