Just saw this and am now back in Seattle Grace... George and Izzie seem to be over because they can't have good sex...the whole episode seemed to be about chemistry except the sex thing... You don't have chemistry if all you benefit is "good sex." Doesn't sound like chemistry to me... Meredith is moody about Lexie...first she's kind of "Oh...we're not related?" (that's where the husband asks "There are two Grey's? Are you two sisters?") and then she goes all "Get your OWN friends." That didn't make any sense, but that's Meredith
