Plot:
Anelectromagnetic pulse detonated by terrorists in 2009 plunged thecountry into a bleak third world existence. But for one geneticallyenhanced young woman named Max, the lack of technolgy has helped heravoid detection by the military group determined to hunt her down.
Known as Manticore, the groupbioengineered the births of hundreds of children in order to create theperfect soldier.
