I hope I''m doing this right ... never done it before. Close to Home Season 1 Episodes 1 and 2 US server Audio and Video are out of since by several seconds throughout the entirety of these 2 shows. I'm not sure about the other episodes because I've just started watching this show.

White Collar Season 1 Episode 9 Gives an error message that says content not available on both US and EU servers. Episode does not load at all.

Men of a Certain Age Season 1 Episode 1 (Pilot) - Does not work on EU server; says file not found Episode 7 - Does not work on either EU or US server; says file not found Both episodes are working, so the issue has been resolved. ~ waterlilybarb

Survivor: Season 19 Finale - Reunion Show I was watching Season 19 of Survivor and wanted to see the 'Reunion Show' where the winner is declared. That episode is missing from VIPTV. Any plans to get it? Any idea how long it will take if so? Just curious - didn't know if it was just an oversight or not. Thanks!

The Pretender Season 2 Episode 19 Red Rock Jarod Problem is on EU server - US server appears to work fine. At 14:05 the picture stops and the sound stops after making a funny noise but the counter keeps going like the video is playing (but it's not playing). I moved the video forward a little and it played for a few seconds and then the picture became all digitally distorted and the same thing happened; sound and picture stopped but counter kept on going like they were still playing. The Nanny Season 6 - Episode 9 titled "Oh Say Can You Ski" The show cuts off in the middle of the show at 12:45 on both EU and US servers. The counter only goes that far on the show and it stops as if it's completed the entire show, but it cuts off in the middle of the show in the middle of a scene. The episode is not a continued episode; it should run around 22 or 23 minutes.

Charmed Season 1 Episode 18 - "When Bad Warlocks Turn Good" Episode will not play on either the US or EU servers. An error box displays that says the file requested is not available.
