I found that the 24 hour rule still doesnt seem to work for me even though i stay on the same server. Everytime an episode freezes (which happens to me very often) and i try to restart it I seem to be charged again. I let a few go, but now seems to be getting silly. Our admin does check this thread, so you will be reimbursed for lost points. I know it's odd, but it seems to happen more often to some people than others - the being double-charged. I'm not sure why that is, but I just wanted to mention you can switch servers without it costing more points. If you are double-charged for a server change please feel free to ask for a reimbursement for that as well.

The Admin in charge of accounts can access your account, so they'll be able to see how many points you have been charged. I just thought I add a suggestion for you since you have been mistakenly charged for free shows (which occasionally happens). When viewing the free shows you don't have to log into your account. That way there's no chance of being charged by mistake. To keep track of which episode you're up to, you can always send yourself a PM here in the forum. This is something I do. I put the show and episode # in the subject line...ex: The 4400 4x12; then in the body I just write watch next. I update it as I watch the episodes and just delete the old PMs. It ensures I don't have to go searching for a piece of paper that I may have jotted the episodes down on and I often have more than one show in the PM. Just a suggestion, but one I find quite useful. ~Barb

Hi, I lost some points when I tried to watch some shows yesterday. My RealPlayer was not working because I didn't have some unknown plug-ins. I'm still not sure what additional plug-ins I may need, since everything was working fine just two weeks ago. Anyway, would you be able to refund the points that I lost? Thanks!
