i clicked on stargate SG1 season 1 episode 3(when i had 3 points) earlier today and while it was connecting my computer turned itself off,when i logged back on i only had 1 point left and it keeps saying insufficient points, 1 points only in your account. Please help

You can click on the same episode up to 30 times within a 24 h limit. And it doesn't matter which server you use, EU or US.

Sometimes when you are on your last points (or near to it, as in your case) the system doesn't recognize your initial points. Please send a PM to lbjedward explaining what happened. It won't enable you to watch right now, but you should be reimbursed the 2 you have lost. I'm sorry for the inconvenience to you. The only thing I can think of at the moment is to watch some of the free shows until your points are converted.
