I keep getting this message everytime I attempt to view a show. Please someone help!!! I tried to do a connection test from in the real player browers and It claims that I'm not in the browser. I use the browser to log in my account and view the movies...That doesn't work either.

if that doesn't work disconnect your internet reconnect it before re-start your computer
