TVFULL and the future of VIPTV

I'm interested to know why TVFULL which has been called the 'sister site' on here gets updates before VIPTV. I wouldn't mind if I could transfer points from VIPTV to TVFULL but am interested to know what's going on, I'm guessing it's connected with technical issues and ease of starting a new website from scratch.

Impermanence is the only permanence we can depend on.

TVFull has been associated with VIPTV for years. We were told when it was launched that points would not be transferrable, and that it would not be connected to the forum. I don't know why updates are posted there first but, as you said, it's likely a technical issue.
