Travelers Premiered on Showcase on Oct 17, 2016

Hundreds of years from now, the last surviving humans discover the means of sending consciousness back through time, directly into people in the 21st century. These Travelers assume the lives of seemingly random people, while secretly working as teams to perform missions in order to save humanity from a terrible future.

These travelers are: FBI Special Agent Grant MacLaren, the team's leader; Marcy, a young, intellectually disabled woman in the care of her social worker, David; Trevor, a high school quarterback; Carly, a single mom in an abusive relationship; and Philip, a heroin-addicted college student.

Armed only with their knowledge of history and an archive of social media profiles, the travelers discover that 21st century lives and relationships are as much a challenge as their high-stakes missions.

I have been hearing good things about this series the fact that it's very underrated .

i saw the first episode a month ago and wasn't blown away but i am going to watch full season today.

Stopping anti matter explosion was impressive in short time but the other traveler there were suppose hand off the weapon die in transfer certainly put them in a difficult situation but having to go back to facility to disarm it was good outcome.

Going off mission to rescue a kidnapped boy was good result but there were warned about changing history

Helping another team certainly was interesting and seeing what it like doing what they do for years , they had no choice but turn on him he would changed the team and made them into killers.

A very odd episode not quite sure what to make of it but not the best

This is their main mission to stop astriod and amount of people needed was impressive it was huge scale operations

After saving the world this was boring episode i skipped most of it but i knew they would get new mission at the end why else have them around?.

We find out what happens when you don't follow order or expose Travelers network you get overridden

So far I'm enjoying this show.  I like that they came back but we don't know from when.  I like that they change things but have their own host body problems to work around.  I've almost figured out everyone specialty.  Please confirm:

Team leader (FBI)
Tactician (Woman with Baby)
Historian (Heroin addict)
Medic (Needs Social Worker)
Engineer??  ( I think this is the teenager but not sure)

I really wasn't sure about the engineer...

What about the director ? Clearly he's a character i know we havn't met him but i feel that we have we just don't know who he is at this moment .

Oh I was referring to the individual teams.  Yes the director is someone I will be very interested to  learn about.  Is he like future president or something??  It's a lot of responsibility to pick and choose what to change in the past....

Nope you clearly weren't paying attention i was checking to see if you watch the show properly because some people missed the point about the director. The Director isn't a person it's a computer program remember what other programmer said you rebooted the director? . That tells you it's a computer program not a person.

The Director could be android in human form but we just don't know

I caught that.  i've finished the first season now.  I doubt it's an android.  I feel like it's a "super computer" since they were trying to transfer it to that big machine in the past...
