Hello. I do not know if this is the correct way to communicate with support service, but I have tried a few times with the Live Support on VIPTV.net but have received no response.  When I try to log in it says my account is locked and to contact support.  Please let me know what to do to get my account unlocked.

The link provided is to the site administrator.  He is located in China, so will likely not be online for another 4-6 hours.  I do recommend checking the forum any time you have issues on the viptv site, as you are more likely to get a quicker response, and instructions on what to you should do to help fix your situation.

Hi, I have the same issue. When I try login it gives me the error message that my account is locked and to contact support.
