I would like to know if I still can pay with paypal just send money through paypal to: juanbarbara88@gmail.com and still didn't get any credits. What can I do...

Note that in the link codebreaker posted, it gives specific instructions as to how to pay via Paypal. Also, the email address has been changed to one @outlook.com.
