The girls mother wanting to kill herself so her daughter could have her heart was touching but with no one to look after her afterwards would of been a tragedy but Jessica catching Nate in bed with his ex wife Kate was amusing and letting the donors husband see that his wife's heart was doing OK in the girl was nice

Vancouver's bed side manner has a lot to be desired but Nate's visions of the donors is a nice touch and Kate hoping to harvest organs from an unidentified homicide victim looked cold but was the right thing to do

Simon's tragic mistake during transplant surgery  rendering a new liver ineffective but it's nice that Grant can form a bond with Andrew who is suffering from transplant complications but tragic that he didn't survive, not having time for his daughter is sad but he made up for it at the end

I liked how they portrayed the story of the mother who was responsible for her sons death when Kate was trying to get her consent for transplant and she was arrested before she signed but after her attempted suicide her signature was no good

Who how tragic that when Jonas went to retrieve the organs he encounters racism and because of the delay the recipient died but at least the organs wasn't wasted after someone else did the retrieval

The six way domino transplant was impressive, Simon kissing Jessica and being seen by Nate but then sleeping with Mary on the rebound was crazy and then Simon wonders why he was taken of the transplant team, Mary standing in when one of the six walks out was great

What a day for the new coordinator to start with so many dead bodies but you could understand why he victims families were so annoyed at the thought of the killers organs being donated and Nate taking Thea to the lake was nice

Jonas doing the multi-visceral transplant against Grant wishes was risky but for once Simon stepping in to help Jonas when he got in difficulty was nice but tragically Grant was right and the patient didn't survive

Wow what a tragedy when Kate discovers a donor had cancer that was passed on to the organ recipients and with six patients to treat again but the one patient that stood out from the other was the singer especially when singing the tile song
