I've tried all my regular fixes for the episode Pavor Nocturnas (Sanctuary), and it simply won't go past about minute 24. Please fix this episode. I would like to also get reimbursed for the episode. Thanks

Hi there. I've just checked the episode in question on the US server and it played just fine before and after the 24 minute mark. Do you mind me asing which server you were watching on? Please try to watch the episode again and let us know if your still running into problems, we might be able to think of some irregular fixes you can try.
