F$ purchase difficulty

F$ purchase difficulty

To Whom it May Concern,

I purchased F$ on FriendVista.com approximately a week ago. However, my FriendVista account and my VIP TV account does not reflect my purchase. My email and credit card have confirmed purchase. Why would my credit card reflect a purchase and my VIP account not be updated to correspond with the purchase? Also, how might this problem be resolved so that my VIP account reflects my purchase order??

Sorry for the difficulty you're having.  Since the live CS is currently offline, please send a PM to lbjedward as he is the admin in charge of handling these issues.  Please let us know how it goes for you, and welcome to the forum.
