LOST POINTS SUGGESTION....
LOST POINTS.......... This does seem to be a common problem I'm sure everyone will agree
I'm sure one way to cure this BIG bug for members is by having an administrator to be contactable at all times / on rotation maybe..or ..perhaps they could run a thread for people with lost points to retrieve them back on a particular day (like the points conversion)..................
Just seems that more and more frequently the emails we are requested to send to admin with viewing history seldom get acknowledged let alone dealt with,,its just poor. If you had a dedicated thread for those with lost points and a dedicated troubleshooter it would make for a smoother relationship between member and service provider plus we wouldnt have to read countless threads complaining about the same thing.
just a thought.
