Hi - I bought F$, then converted them. This reset my viewing history and I started happily watching. After 4 or 5 shows, my points disappeared and now show 0 points and my OLD viewing history like I never bought the points. Did anyone else have this problem? I sent a message to Ibjedward but since I'm not familiar with this system I don't even know if it was sent correctly!

You did the right thing. I would make sure you did not check the box save a copy as all that does is save it and not send it. If you are unsure check tracking and see if the message is there. Also try clearing your cache or browsing history and restart your computer. This happen once before and that is what fixed the problem. If you need help don't be to shy to ask.
