Hi, i am resorting to posting a thread after close to a month of trying to get a refund. I have sent 4 PM's, 2 emails to service and spoken to CS at least 10 times.
i lost a bunch of points at least 20. I know its not a ton, but i really want them back. I have meanwhile bought more points, and i know that you guys are not holding points back just so people will buy more. I have been a customer for around a year and I enjoy the site.
