Subscriptions are not being added to my profile

Subscriptions are not being added to my profile

I have purchased a few subscriptions in the past month - about 250 days worth, but none of them have been applied to my account and currently it says "no subscription". All my purchases are listed in the purchase history. Can someone fix this please?

I am sorry that credit card payment sometimes can not process due to its risk management policy which we can not control, please try our  paypal payment.
