Hi there, I purchased 20 F$ a few days ago and exchanged to points to be able to carry on watching my programmes. I only watched one more and then logged out. I logged back in to day and it says I have no points / credit. When I look at my purchase history it shows i bought the 20F$ on March 9th 2015 and also when I look at my viewing history in viptv.net it confirms I have only watched one programme since buying new credit. Please advise or adjust my account to reflect F$ that I should have credited on my account. Thanks
