No sound

I have no sound from any of the shows - I still have sound from my computer on you tube etc and I shut down and re-started but still nothing. Help!!

I have just tried two free shows one in chrome and the other in firefox and I have sound on both so I'm not sure where the problem is as nobody else has complained

Have you checked that the sound isn't muted on the videos you've tried to watch?
