Thanks for the info but the problem is that I don't want to spend any more money just so I can purchase the VIP service for 80 pts. Is it possible to have the 4$ refunded then.

Drop a PM to lbjedward here: PM lbjedward and ask him if this is something they can offer. I'd expect a bit of a delay as I'm sure he's working through the large number of PM's he got in regards to the Audio issue.
