What an interesting start with one juror trying to do her friend a favor by getting her deferred but unfortunately she had done it before and now she is stuck doing her friends jury service and to make things worse she is picked for the three murders being re-tried and who is the women that has been following the jurors around

The mysterious woman informing Paul that she was a member of the jury in the original trial was a surprise and the way Emma Watts QC tore all the previous evidence to shreds was impressive but the lippy cop getting his own back was amusing

Paul's mother insisting he continues his date with Tasha was interesting considering she was on her way to hospital after a fall and this is the first day that gives you doubt about the evidence in the first trial, it looks like Tasha lied about being on the first jury but is related to one of the victims

It's sad that the young juror was mugged on his way home but you can under stand why he wouldn't report it because the way his family protect him and Alan Lane's outburst in the dock might just of swung it back to the original verdict, Tasha telling Paul about the unmissable evidence from the first trial may just sway him to find him guilty again

Paul finding out after he told the other juror about Tasha, that she wasn't who she said she was devastated him and obviously stood down from being Foreman and Lucy getting away with standing in for Theresa was a surprise
