Who can help? Recently I paid VIP points to get "30 day unlimited viewing". Although the points were effectively deducted I cannot watch any show without paying again. My status is still on "VIPppoints" rather than on "unlimited viewing". A couple of days ago, for a short time my status was changed to unlimited viewing but it cjhanged again to VIPpoints and hasn't changed since. I mailed the support service, who tell me that they cabnnot see any irregularity. So now I've lost my points and not show to watch. Who has experience with this kind of problem? An
