Hey guys. I'm not sure how this works. I bought 10 points and converted it to 80 points on VIPTV which somehow between now and then has turned into 50 points. I watched three two point shows. What happened?

If you've only watched 3 shows, you should be at 74 points. Check your "Viewing History", found in your account to see if you were doubled charged at all. In any case, you can send a PM to lbjedward for reimbursement of lost points.
