F$ purchase difficulty
To Whom it May Concern,
I purchased F$ on FriendVista.com approximately a week ago. However, my FriendVista account and my VIP TV account does not reflect my purchase. My email and credit card have confirmed purchase. Why would my credit card reflect a purchase and my VIP account not be updated to correspond with the purchase? Also, how might this problem be resolved so that my VIP account reflects my purchase order??
