Right the idea is simple behind this idea, members watch the shows they want and report any problems regarding episodes. The problems can range from missing episode, out of order seasons and video/audio lag (this includes if the picture or sound disappears completely). This thread is not to be used by members for reporting about having connection problems or asking when the next episode of a certain show will be uploaded. After you have reported the problem a mod will then confirm that the problem exists and add the problem episode into the table at the bottom of this post. Points will be given out for finding bugs (after they have been confirmed of course), a member will get 4 points (2 for the episode problems and 2 for reporting the bug) for each bug reported - including bugs reported on free shows, to a maximum of 20 points. If a bug has already been put into the table then you will get NO points at all. All reports must be set out in the following layout. Show - Simple enough just the title of the show you were watching Episode - Both Season and Episode number Server used - Sometimes a problem may only affect one server (mods will check the other server for the problem as well) Problem Details - Be sure to include times of when the problem occurs (very important for video/audio lag) Now here is the all important table containing the list of problems reported so far:

Criminal Minds	1x13 & 1x14: in reverse order on both servers. The episode that loads when members select 1x14 is actually 1x13 and vice versa. The listed titles are correct but episodes that load are not. 3x20: Visual glitches at 19:58 and 41:21
Crossing Jordan	5x01: Audio glitches between 4:30-6:00 3x01: Video goes green for a couple of seconds at 42:31
Close to Home	1x02: Audio goes out of sync from 14:00 and gets progressive worse 2x06: From 21:00 onwards sounds becomes warped at random intervals
City Homicide	1x01:32:21 Audio/Video Glitch, Audio goes out of sync til end of episode 3x14 & 4x01: both are missing the last minute or so of their episode 3x01, 3x02 & 3x03: these play episodes 2x15, 2x16 & 2x17 - entire season 3 should be audited
Cold Case	1x14: Hiccup at 11:43 & 39:27 5x18: Sound glitch at 38:20 6x03: Video goes jumpy from 12:30
CSI	5x21: episode won't play after 22:24 on either server - sound is garbled
CSI: Miami	4x23: Video has a small glitch for a second at 9:30, audio lags for the rest of episode
Desperate Housewives	1x07: Sound goes from 20:06 to 20:08 1x08: Video goes black between 11:09 and 11:11 1x09: Visual glitches at 1:11 and 5:23, Sound glitch at 24:55
Dirty Jobs	4th Season is totally dodgy in terms of episode order, admins who want further information should read this post 5x01: Sound out of sync from around about the 10:00 mark
Eli Stone	1x02: video/audio hiccups at 0.04, 9:06 & 15:24.
ER	15x17: Sound out of synch from about 5 minute mark (right after opening credits).
Eureka	1x01: Video glitches at 54:01 & 55:26 4x04: only the 1st 27 minutes are uploaded - it should be approx. 42minutes
Everwood	3x11: at 34:32 video goes black and sound disappears, 34:51 sound the returns (still black), video returns at 35:06

The Nanny	6x09: The show cuts off in the middle of the show at 12:45 on both EU and US servers. The counter only goes that far on the show and it stops as if it's completed the entire show, but it cuts off in the middle of the show in the middle of a scene. The episode is not a continued episode; it should run around 22 or 23 minutes.
The Office	2x01: Audio out of sync for whole episode
The Shield	7x05: Audio Lags from 39:00
The Tudors	1x05: At 40:50 the sound goes funny for 5 seconds
The Unit	2x20: video/audio hiccup at 29:50 & 35:33
The West Wing	3x01 is missing - the episode uploaded is a special re: the 9/11 attacks; 3x01 is the first part of a two 2 part arc; we have the correct 3x02 6x07: Video glitch at 26.12 Audio out of sync for rest of the episode 7x03: Video freezes at 34:22 and sound becomes out of sync from that time onwards, video then returns at 34:24 7x12: Audio out of sync for whole episode , gets progressively worse throughout episode
Torchwood	1x09 EU Server: Video & audio become garbled/freeze at 42:24 to the end of the episode

This confused me, so maybe it would help to clarify it again. but if it says "No problems reported (so far)" It means that all of the episodes have been watched. If a show is not on the table or if the table says "season 4 needs to be checked" that season is still open for error reporting. That is how it works, right?

Show - Angel Episode - Several season 5 episodes, one of which is episode 11 Server used - The problems seem to be on both servers Problem Details - Several episodes in Season 5 of Angel have issues. Some of them (such as episode 11) are out of sync. In each instance they remain out of sync by a few seconds for the entire video. Others have stranger issues, such as occasionally turning green and fuzzy and having audio skips. Also, during episode 10 (I think it's 10, if not, try 9), for a portion of the video, it does the green fuzzy thing, then the video shrinks so it does not take up the whole frame. It has a thick black border around the whole thing, like when you shrink video size on YouTube videos. Eventually it fixed itself. There may be more problems, I'm only on episode 11 at the moment. Oh, and I think either episode 2 or 3 of season 1 of the show, 24, is out of sync as well.

Well the out of sync issues occur from the very beginning, and at an invariable pace through each affected episode. The green glitch that causes reduced video size occurs in Angel, Season 5, Episode 10, at 17:23 and continue for a few seconds until the size changes. The same glitch occurred in the previous episode, but without the reduced size, so it's really just two seconds of fuzziness in a silent part of the video, so don't worry about it. Ok, I confirmed the green glitch/video size changing problem on both servers on episode 10 of season 5, but I have one question concerning out of sync problems. Would you be able to remember which episodes have out of sync problems from the beginning? Also, you may want to give the time for the green glitch/video size problem for episode 9 of season 5 because I reported a Cold Case problem earlier that happened for 2 seconds and didn't affect the whole episode, yet Torres wanted to report it so if you've got the times for that, I'll confirm it. Thank you very much for reporting all this!

I'm just a little confused, so I hope you'll forgive me if I'm messing up here. House isn't in the table above, but there's a problem with the pilot... should I report it here? If so: Show - House Episode - Season 1, Episode 1 Server used - US server Problem Details - Episode only runs for 23 minutes.

Yes, this is where to report all errors. We add them to the table once they are reported. You are indeed correct. It's only 23 minutes on both servers. I'll add it to the table now. Thanks for reporting the problem.

I've been watching so much episodes per day, I really can't remember which ones had the problems. However you could find out just as easily by playing the first few seconds of each Season 5 episode of Angel. I already listed the possible episodes, so that should narrow it down. Besides, if I was to manually check each of those episodes again, I'd lose 48 points.

Hi, I was watching Angel season 2, episode 17 and I think there is a problem with the EU server one. As soon as it gets to the opening thing, where the music plays, and the actor's names are shown, (around 1 minute 20 seconds in), it just suddenly stops. Please verify that this is a problem.
