This was a typical pilot introducing the characters but the fact that he is in love with her means that the con isn't over so much for a clean break but the fact there managed to get money back was impressive

This finally got interesting after a few episode now we getting somewhere in background at first i thought this was going to be stupid with Alice taking him back after she got conned but the fact she trying rescue him is naive idea consider she has no idea that person she spilling all her secret is actually his boss.
