Open Heart Premiered on Teennick on January 20, 2015

Open Heart: A brand new live-action mystery series airing Tuesdays at 9 pm ET on YTV in Canada and TeenNick in the U.S.

In the wake of her father’s disappearance, 16-year-old Dylan Blake falls in with the wrong crowd, gets arrested and earns court-ordered community service volunteering at Open Heart Memorial, the hospital where her mother and sister are doctors and where her grandparents are board members and benefactors.

All Dylan has to do is follow the rules. The hospital is the last place her father was seen alive and while most people think it’s a straightforward case of abandonment, Dylan doesn’t believe that and sets out to prove something bad happened to her father.

Putting her old delinquent skills back into service, Dylan and her new friends – the bright and gossipy Mikayla (Cristine Prosperi) and the handsome charmer Wes (Justin Kelly) – start looking into her dad’s disappearance, unearthing a trail of clues that lead them to some very unexpected places.

Dylan breaking into someone house just to have fun was typical of a teenager but when her friend has an accident everyone bail but she decides help and take her to the hospital which leads to her getting arrested. Dylan trying flirt with her boss was bound to not work but making him take off his pants was amusing   .

The mother having an affair with her boss was predictable.

Dylan going to be mad when she finds out her mother has moved on but getting the watch back from the mother was nice. London trying to hook up with a guy was amusing.

Figuring out the numbers were for hospital telephone number with extension lead to unused section of the hospital which lead to dead body. Dylan seem too obsessed with finding her father but she doesn't see the problem with her attitude.

Dylan finding her dad secret locker was interesting but trying to get close to London so she can tell her about their dad was tricky but London punching their mother boyfriend was amusing   .

The hospital on lock down certainly made things complicated but finding building with that picture was great find now there have another lead for her father

Asking her old friends break into women apartment seem like a bad idea but personal drama between the various character is boring as hell they need to decide what this show should focus on instead trying to do 2 different shows.

Dylan trying to get password from her grandmother was tricky but she was resourceful but it lead to some interesting revelation.

Getting a lead from poster for Veronica was good start but informant being sick was lucky since she got treated and Dylan taking her date to restaurant was a bad move .    . At least we know the father is alive

Dylan trying find the 250K to pay ransom was going tough but stealing her grandmother painting was good plan but her almost lose being convinced she crazy was unfortunate

What a season finale Dylan getting kidnapped by the cop was a surprise but the fact that he had him all along was sad . At least she found her dad but what a cliffhanger Dylan is the reason why he left to protect her .
