The Mystery of Edwin Drood Premiered on BBC Two on January 10, 2012

The Mystery of Edwin Drood is an adaptation and completion of Charles Dickens’s last book, Edwin Drood, which was at the halfway mark when he died on 9 June 1870. It is modern tale about drugs, stalking and darkness visible by writer Gwyneth Hughes about a provincial choirmaster’s obsession with 17-year-old Rosa Bud and how far he will go to to get her.

All the maids giggling over Edwin when he came to call on Rosa was amusing but when she was singing she looked petrified of John and the way he grabbed that kid I'm not surprised she was scared, Neville defending Rosa was nice and John strangling Edwin was predictable by the flash clips

John blaming Neville for his crime was typical of a coward and Rosa blaming herself because of her agreement with him was sad, John threatened to pursue her for the rest of her life explained why she didn't want to marry Edwin but finding Edwin's father body while looking his body was interesting and Edwin still being alive was great
