Death Valley Premieres on MTV on August 29, 2011

A year ago, vampires, werewolves and zombies mysteriously descended upon the streets of California's San Fernando Valley. Death Valley is the dark comedy that follows the cops that capture the monsters, and the camera crew that captures the cops.

Follow the horrific yet comedic exploits of the newly formed Undead Task Force (UTF), a division of the LAPD created to combat the emergence of monsters in the San Fernando Valley. Death Valley showcases the outrageous and courageous men and women working the toughest beat in the US: Death Valley.

Balancing dark humor with horror, the show is built upon cold-blooded conflict and character driven comedy, following the cops bent on keeping the streets safe from the presence of the paranormal. Documenting each case of zombie, vampire and werewolf encounter is the daring camera crew that is embedded within the task force, quickly revealing that the monster problem goes much deeper than anyone could have possibly imagined.

Full of subtext about living in today's insane world, Death Valley is at its core a fun, non-stop thrill ride featuring chases, hardcore kills, and extraordinary creatures. The zombies are disgusting, menacing and brutal, the vampires are dangerous, smart and powerful and the werewolves are beastly and insane. From "blood-for-sex" prostitution busts to undead traffic jams, every call from dispatch will take you to a place you've never been: right to the bleeding heart of Death Valley.

This reminded me of Dead Set from big brother, the new girl Kirsten knew how to handle herself while the other were to busy talking

Lindsay getting bitten after refusing to get in the car was a blessing in disguise by allowing then to shoot her to keep her quiet but the damage Dashell did trying to catch the rat was crazy

Kirsten being told to check up on Capt. Dashell's niece was strange but it's a good job she was there to find out about the black kiss

The guys trying to hit on the porn stars was amusing considering one of them was more interested in Carla and using the vibrator as a pretend mike was priceless

Kirsten has proved she can hand herself on her first call and now we know why Carla doesn't have a boyfriend but John-John finding out his father was a zombie was weired

The underage girls being recruit by the Vampires was insane

Kirsten was lucky when Travis dropped her home considering he is a werewolf but he can't be all bad because he returned her jacket she left in his car and the way Carla screamed you wouldn't think she's a cop

Carla going undercover as a blood sucking vampires was amusing but it took a while for her partner to realise that her Jon Jon who was cold was a vampire but the lucky shot was impressive and the backpack explosion was great

Kirsten loosing her temper after being called a traitor because the zombie prisoners takes over the precinct was great and some of their final wishes if they didn't make it were surprising

Carla and Kirsten allowing Sandra who was struggling to say good-bye to her zombie husband was nice and shooting the camera man for being the mole was interesting

Kirsten getting the blame for what happened to the captains niece was uncalled for and Carla getting jealous of John-John's night nurse was amusing but you just new she was not who you thought she was
