Well, I almost got through a whole episode of NCIS (season 7, episode 14) without a freeze. I tried a couple of times

this would have only used 2 points as you can click on the same episode up to 30 times in any 24 hours and only pay once. and seeing as you said that you managed to watch the whole show i dont know if you will get points back. but if you pm ibjedward with your veiwing history he will be able to sort you out.
