I was looking at all three seasons of Flashforward and found that when compared to TV.com there are many missing episodes and the episodes are either misnamed or really in mixed up order.  Season 1 is missing the last 4 episodes and Season 2 is missing 5 episodes and either the titles are in the wrong order or the episodes are titled incorrectly.  Season 3 according to TV.com has only aired 4 episodes through August 20th (episode 5 is to air on Sept.3rd) but VIP.TV has 13 episodes listed.  Can anyone tell me whats up? I would really like to get caught up but I am confused as to where to begin.

Season 1 has only 9 episode and the first 9 episode of season 3 are actually the missing episodes from season 2

I noticed that as well but they haven't updated The Pillars Of The Earth yet which has aired
