Nothing happens on either EU or US server.  Processes blank screen then reads "Done" but no program starts.

I just checked this episode for you and there was no problem.  When that happens, just hit stop and then start again.  The episode should then load properly.  Occasionally this takes a couple tries.  Also, make sure you are opening your own Real Player by right clicking on the pop-up box and selecting "play in RP" or "RP theater mode".  Stop & restart THIS, not the original pop-up, as it should work more effectively.
