How do as convert treasure into points?

I was looking at this page;

I inputted treasure and tried to change it to points and inputted my forum password which is the same as my VIP password but it keeps telling me that the password is incorrect.

Is that the wrong way? And the password is not incorrect.

I just tried myself and was able to convert 20 treasure.  Are you making sure to leave a balance of 20 treasure?

Oh! I didn't realize we had to leave 20 in the treasure. So 20 always has to be left in the treasure?

I tried this....

Password - my password
Outgo - 24 Treasure
Income - 10 Points

But it still said; "Invalid password, you can not process the transaction, please return." - but I know its the right password.

Yes, 20 always has to be left in the treasure.  I don't know why your password isn't registering.  I know there's a similar (but slightly different) problem on the game site, so maybe there's a glitch.
