I haven't been able to get any shows to play for about 15 hours or so, I keep getting an "Sorry service unavailable!" error message no matter what show I try to watch. I tried going to the online help (it says its available) but I get a greeting from customer service rept #4 but then no one ever responds to anything I type.  Any suggestions?  

I also think I am losing points but that's a non issue at this point, I just want to get my service going!    I have plenty of points 500 so that isn't the issue.  I have reloaded, etc. still not not the issue, I get my Realplayer is fine - I am at a loss.

I think there's a problem with the US server, but I was able to watch a show about an hour ago on the EU server.  Other than that, I'm not sure.

how silly of me, I didn't think to try the EU server, that's usually my first thought
