Hi,

Since yesterday i cannot connect to any of the shows on the site. Neither the popup window nor real player is working. What can be the cause?

Hi there, just a couple of questions:

Are you using Firefox or IE?
If you are using Firefox, have you tried restarting your computer?
Are you getting any error messages, what exactly happens when you click on an episode?

i am using firefox 3.0.4. And i have tried to restart.

I click on the episode, pop up window opens up. It says it is connecting, some time later an error message appears.

I would like you to test this solution to see if will help you (it has helped others in the past)

1. Open Realplayer
2. Click File then Open and type "VIPTV.NET" in the box and click enter
3. Navigate the site as normal

That is weird it would seem as if realplayer is blocking the site.

The only other thing I can suggest is uninstalling Realplayer and installing Realplayer again.

Did you install any new programs or any updated between the time you were able to watch it and now?
