I have been waiting for some time now for some admin someplace in cyberspace to acknowledge this.  I recently paid 20.00 for Friendvista points, when I went to convert it, they simply disappeared as if I had never purchased them!  When I checked my paypal account, they certainly went through as a charge!   I need an admin to help!

Go to the member's center on the vip page. It should say you have F$ if you used the same user name for purchasing them.
Go to Aquire vip memership and choose your plan.

If this solution is of no use send a PM to Lbjedward with a detailed account of what happen and your Trans. id
