After a couple of years with no problems I can no longer sign in on Firefox (stopped two months ago) and now Safari. I have a Mac and do the suggested updates every couple of months but apart from that nothing has changed. Any ideas?

No idea.  How did you sign in today - with another browser?  Are you still able to watch shows using another browser?  I'm sure either another mod or an experienced member will post with suggestions.  I can't think of any at the moment.

I have had the problem a while ago and the only way i could cure the problem was to go back to an older version even knowing it used to work fine before, i tried the usual stuff like uninstall and reinstall and from what i remember you would sign in but it would keep going round in a circle asking you to sign in again and again and so on
