I bought points worth of 20$ and they are not yet put into my vip account. Can you please advise. In case this is based on request, can you please credit my points to my vip account.

You have to convert them yourself. Go to your account on the VIP site. Click on "Exchange F$", and choose 200 points, which is what $20 gets you. You could be watching within minutes.

Hey Barb, Not quite the same problem, but I was wondering if anyone besides me had noticed a significant delay in getting game site points converted to VIP points? I usually see mine converted within 5 days, and it's been over a week. My son told me the other day that he still has a conversion pending from last month. I just assumed the admin team was still busy with upgrades, and was willing to cut them some slack, but maybe it's time to pm LBJ? Cheers! Storm
