Bought F$ but cannot convert it into points

Hello Guys, I am trying to buy with my F$ but whenever i click on the link from FriendVista i receive the following error: Also i have been waiting for the last 15 minutes for the live CS but so far i haven't had any luck. Can you take a look? thanks Not Found The requested URL /member/charge.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
