Hi I purchased an amazon gift card yesterday at around 5pm GMT sent it with my user name, had email through the night saying GC was received but still have no points added or email to say why? This is the first time I've used this way as it wouldn't let me pay via ptsexchange like I usually do.

Did you follow the instructions in post #1 here? Moderators have no part in payment. Most people post in the thread I've linked when they do the offer for points.
