I have not been able to watch any shows on my Mac mobile devices. I can watch on my computer but not on my Iphone and Ipad which is ver annoying. I recently bought points and it seems to be a waste. On top, every time I try watching. points are being deducted! Can I have them back? And when can this problem be fixed???!!!

Are you using the mobile site? It is http://m.mviptv.net. Did you try the site on your mobile devices prior to buying points? If so, please give more details as to what happens when you try to watch an episode.
