No Volume

I was watching episodes from a series and suddenly no volume. Not just on this programme but on any show on the site . Please help ?!!!! BTW. I have sound on other sites such as sky, catch up TV etc.

So you start watching and then the audio goes? What browser are you using? Have you upgraded to the most recent version of Flash? Have you tried restarting your computer.
