Bugs since site upgrade

Hi there, I have noticed a lot of bugs since the upgrade, but from reading other posts I think its because I'm watching through the built in browser on my LG Smart TV.  Other people have fixed the problem by changing browser but this is not an option for me (at least I don't think it is?).  Does anyone know a work around because otherwise I won't be able to watch VIPTV anymore!  The "TV shows-rating" stays on the screen at the bottom right all the time as does the play/pause bar at the bottom of the screen (and it flashes off and on constantly).  I have tried moving the cursor so that's not the problem. Please someone help!

Sorry, I'm not familiar with how the built in browser works on Smart TVs. Hopefully, someone with more insight on how they work can offer some practical assistance.

Thanks waterlilybarb, you're very kind to reply. Still haven't found an answer, but am thinking of maybe getting a chromecast to see if that helps!
