For some reason 'Bones Season 4 Episode 12' has it in for me. I never used to have problems watching Bones episodes. However, I've been losing points trying to watch this particular episode. I've written to Ibjedward and my lost points were refunded, however, this morning I discovered I had lost a whopping 38 points and I haven't even gone above the 30 clicks in a 24hr period rule. I'm upset. Sent an email to Ibjedward already. Hope he comes through. Oh and I still haven't been able to watch the episode...go figure Thanks for letting me vent. Alright Folks, I've had it!! I'm going to stay away from this site until this problem is fixed. I got my lost points refunded yesterday and was advised to watch shows in realplayer to reduce the number of times I clicked on the servers. Well as you can see from my log, I haven't clicked more than 7 times and I lost 14 points in total. (that's not counting the 2 points I lost the day before which I'd already given up). I still have not been able to watch the show because it absolutely refuses to load for more than 58 - 60%. Oh and I've tried all the suggestions. I can't watch episodes 13 and 14 until I've watched episode 12. I've sent a PM to Ibjedward to refund my lost points but I won't be using them until this problem is fixed. I never used to have this much trouble watching shows. I also have to say a big thank you to Ibjedward. He's been wonderful (I'm assuming he's a he and not a she..lol). I really don't think so. According to ibjedward, it's system bug that (hopefully should) get sorted when the video demand software is upgraded in May. Tried watching again on the 16th and was charged 4 points for 2 clicks. I'm going to have to be patient..

LOL., I've been on the site for 2 years now so, no matter how many times I click, I know not to click more than 30 times in 24 hours. Actually never had to get to that point. My clicks come from trying both servers. Most times the UK server works better for me. However of recent, neither server has been working and it's been confirmed, the fault's not from my end. Anyway, Ibjedward says the scheduled upgrade in May has been moved forward to next month. Makes being patient a little easier
