NEW ERROR REPORTING - Fix the bugs

Absentia episode 1, subtitles are not in English...

Also, star trek discovery doesn't have subtitles for the Klingons, it should have.

And the new planet of the apes film too.

I'm seeing a pattern.

Please make sure subtitles are included when they should be!!

* Site is taking too many points per episode (every time episode is played/paused). <div><br></div><div> * Visiting History (shouldn't it be called Viewing History?) doesn't show show name and episode number. Also doesn't appear to link to season as it used to on old site. </div><div><br></div><div> * Clicking on an episode auto-plays on mobile device. Please stop this. Don't play until play button is pressed. This is important when an episode is selected by mistake, easy to do on phones.</div>

Another issue:

The site signs you out when you use a different device. <div><br></div><div>The site says "Your account has already logged on another device. Only one screen you can watch on at the same time."</div><div><br></div><div>Is this a new restriction? Either way, it shouldn't sign you out. It's very annoying. </div><div><br></div><div>I use this site on my phone (usually using Chromecast), on my tablet and on my PC. Please stop signing me out.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>

Every time the site signs me out, and I sign back in it sends me a system message;<div><br></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;">"Hi Findel, your account logged in at Wed Nov 20, 2019 5:15 pm. If this wasn't your own operation, please change your password asap."</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;">Please this isn't helpful. </span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div>

This has been mentioned elsewhere, but in the "Notice" (https://vip.tv-video.net/notice) section, all of the links are broken. <div> Each link is missing the ".net" in "vip.tv-video.net".</div><div><br></div><div><b>Question</b>: When are we going to get some sort of response regarding all of these bugs? Especially the lost points due to them. </div><div><br></div><div><br></div>

Do you mean in the notice posted at the top of the homepage? I just tested shows & movies, and they are working fine for me, when I access the site using the link I provided. I even logged out to see  ...

JWPlayer

Looks like the devs have changed the JWPlayer version and it's broken all videos.

Please fix of course, but also, please make sure the Chromecast etc remains enabled if you are updating the version used.

Bug when credit it low

I was watching a movie last night - used 5 credits to start watching it, which took my balance to below 5. I had to reload the page part way through the movie, and when I tried to play it again it wouldn't let me, saying that I didn't have enough credits to watch it, even thought I had already "paid" the 5 credits needed.

The logic seems broken; it's checking whether I have enough credits left to watch the film BEFORE it's checking to see if I've already paid the 5 credits needed within the allotted time to watch it (24 hours I believe). Please fix this issue.
