Apple TV bugs

1. iPad 2. Apple TV 4 3. No playing video I can only watch on the IPad now. Via Apple TV it is not possible. Sound goes to the tv but no picture. In comparison YouTube or other videos are fine. The problem is new.

Same Problem via IPhone

Just tried to do it via IPhone X. The same. Sound is fine. Picture does not go on big screen. Same also via MacBook. 

I tried different websites via Safari. On all other websites the videos airplay on the big screen without trouble. The only one misbehaving is VIP TV.
